DISCOVER
This is our starting point.
We talk through who you are, what your business or project actually does, and what you want your website to do for you. We’ll explore any ideas you already have, what’s working (or not), and what success looks like from your perspective.
We also set clear expectations — what I can help with, what’s realistic for your timeline and budget, and how we’ll work together — so we’re aligned before anything gets designed or built.
DESIGN
I design the structure, layout, and visual direction of your site based on your goals and the pages you need. We map out how everything fits together and talk through layout and color so the site feels intentional, not thrown together.
This is also when you’ll share your business assets and information — things like branding, copy, images, or (for creatives) your bio, links, and socials — so we’re designing around real content, not placeholders.
We’ll refine the look, flow, and hierarchy together before anything moves into build.
BUILD
This is where the design becomes a real, working website.
I build your site based on the approved design — making sure it’s responsive across devices, performs reliably, and is set up in a way that’s easy to maintain. This includes implementing layouts, styling, content, and functionality without unnecessary complexity or bloat.
You’ll be able to review progress as things come together, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
LAUNCH & SUPPORT
This is where your site goes live.
Once everything is approved, I handle the launch and make sure your site is working as expected across devices. I’ll also provide a simple guide so you know how to make updates or changes on your own moving forward.
From there, it’s up to you. You’re welcome to manage the site independently, or we can set up an ongoing arrangement where I help keep things updated over time.
